Shipping Methods
We offer the following shipping options for India:
- Standard Shipping across India (Free): 3-5 business days
- Express Shipping: 1-2 business days (available in metro cities, additional charges apply)
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Available across India. Orders confirmed via WhatsApp before dispatch
Free shipping is available on all orders above ₹999. No minimum order value for COD.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available across all 28 states and 8 Union Territories of India.
- COD orders are confirmed with a quick WhatsApp verification before dispatch
- Pay the exact amount to the delivery agent. No advance payment needed
- COD orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days after confirmation
- For COD refunds, the amount is transferred via UPI or Bank Transfer within 7 business days
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. During peak seasons or festivals (Diwali, Dussehra, etc.), processing may take up to 3 business days. You will receive an SMS and WhatsApp notification when your order is dispatched.
Pincode Serviceability
We deliver to most pincodes across India. To check if we deliver to your pincode, enter it at checkout. If your pincode is not currently serviceable, please contact us on WhatsApp and we will find an alternative delivery solution for you.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via SMS and WhatsApp. You can track your package using the tracking link or on the carrier's website.

Discreet Packaging
We understand the sensitive nature of PCOS wellness products. All orders are shipped in plain, discreet packaging. The outer box has no product names, health information, or Qura branding visible externally. Only the delivery address and return address appear on the package.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately on WhatsApp or at support@quranutrition.com. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund.
