At Qura Nutrition, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our 30-day no-questions-asked return policy means that if you are not satisfied within the first 30 days of delivery, we will process a full refund. No lengthy explanations needed.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are available for:
- Unopened, unused products returned within 30 days of delivery
- Products that arrive damaged or defective
- Orders that were incorrectly fulfilled by us
- Duplicate orders (if not requested by you)
How to Initiate a Refund (India)
- Contact Us on WhatsApp (Fastest): +91 8209037925 and send your order number and reason
- Or Email Us: support@quranutrition.com with your order number
- Return Authorization: We'll provide return instructions and a prepaid return label (for eligible orders)
- Return Shipment: Send the product back using the provided instructions
- Refund Processing: Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the return
Refund Timeline (India)
- Processing Time: 5-7 business days after we receive your return
- UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM): 1-3 business days
- Bank Transfer (NEFT/IMPS): 3-7 business days
- Credit/Debit Card: 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
- COD Orders: Refund via UPI or Bank Transfer within 7 business days after return received
COD Order Returns
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are processed via UPI or Bank Transfer (we do not offer cash pickups). Please share your UPI ID or bank account details when initiating a refund via WhatsApp or email.
Note: COD orders that were not accepted at delivery (Return to Origin) are not eligible for a refund of shipping charges.
Non-Refundable Items
- Opened or used products
- Products without original packaging
- Expired products
- Completed consultation sessions (digital service)
- Shipping costs (unless return is due to our error)
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us immediately via WhatsApp with a photo. We will arrange for a free replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
